A journey into melancholy, Desert Life writes songs that explore the darker regions of the heart. With poetic lyricism and emotive arrangements, ‘Let It All Pass’' introduces a new voice to the Welsh music scene, whilst echoing the influences of Ryan Adams, Jeff Tweedy, Bon Iver and R.E.M. Their songs paint a sonic picture of life's highs and lows, the quiet moments of enlightenment, and the aching tug of loneliness.

Let It All Pass serves as a mirror, reflecting life's fleeting moments and deeper questions, inviting listeners to reflect and feel music in the album form.

lyrics

Sleet blows in her face
Wind through her hair
She just doesn’t care
And going nowhere

Clothes torn and worn
She shuffles along
I ask her, “what’s wrong?”
Is she broken?
or just unwanted?
Or just wants someone?

She’s haunted by the ghost of her
Son that didn’t come home from the
War in the desert sands
What good did it do for them?
Now she spends her days tending for
The garden of the fallen souls

She dreams of the day
When she’ll see him again
But it won’t be too long
Until their hearts are whole once more

She’s haunted by the ghost of her
Son that didn’t come home from the
War in the desert sands
What good did it do for them?
Now she spends her days tending for
The garden of the fallen souls
